“It started in 8 th grade, when I began to consider the world of food to continue in, professionally. In the initial years, I was prolific in hot kitchen. Then, in 2016, I started my graduation course in Hotel Management. It was the biggest stepping stone for reaching where I am now. The biggest factor in my development was the opportunity to experiment. When I started to explore the different areas of kitchen, I was introduced to baking. The main thing which intrigued me about baking was its diversity. Where breads required a certain eyeballing and flexibility, products like pastry and cakes required you to be as specific and accurate as possible. My main learning curve was when I started working at my first job after college, in the year 2019, where I learnt the importance of consistency, discipline and thinking on your feet. It was at that place where I realized the kind of baker I wanted to grow up to be. Chandra Bakers was started in August, 2020, with the purpose of providing best quality products with the best quality ingredients. The one thing which sets us apart is that we want to bring something different to the table. Something which you are already comfortable with, but something which will always make you come back for more.
